What a Face !! Should We Try Again?
A study out of the UK resulted in an awareness of the significance of exposure to a variety of foods. The larger the variety of foods a child can see and touch results in them trying new foods. Adding some foods on the charcuterie board that your child does eat along with new food makes it feel like a safe and fun eating activity. As long as there is no pressure placed on your child to eat the new food they might surprise you by trying a new food. A charcuterie board is usually a relaxed, social eating experience. Research indicates that praise and focusing on the positive is the best way to help your child expand their food choices. Enjoy.
