What a Face !! Should We Try Again?
When your child is reluctant to try new foods bring them into the kitchen with a little creativity. Dress up is usually a favourite activity then pair it with cooking. It is important not to encourage eating the end result. A child will often take a few tastes as they are relaxed and having fun. Exploring foods get them comfortable with the new textures and smells of food they don’t want on their own plates.
