Eating is not as easy as it looks. Especially once your child has been avoiding new foods for many years. The older child can be a bit more reluctant to try new foods. Make sure there is food that is liked, food that is less accepted and new foods offered at each meal. Even if they say they don’t want it. If you don’t give the new foods they will not think you expect them to try it. It is important not to pressure them to eat it.
